Travel & service limits apply.
Travel fees past 40 miles are calculated at .80 cents per mile.
Print services past 30 pages are calculated at .25 cents per page.
Additional attempts past the third visit for the same case are calculated at $35 per visit.
Additional in-person updates past the third visit are calculated at $25.
Stake-Out services past the third hour are calculated at $30/hour.

Skip Tracing services past the 6th source & 2nd hour are priced as follows:
$5 Per Source (assists with powering burner accounts & criminal/citizen databases we retain.), $25/hour.
Premier Skip Tracing package is available: 4 hours / 12 sources for $100
Skip Tracing, like all services, includes a documented report detailing findings for the client & clients' case evidence.
Package benefits are on a case-by-case basis. Skip Tracing & Stake-Out packages carry over for the client and will be calculated out & itemized upon completion of service.

During CRPS’s current introductory phase, accepted assignments are offered at a $50 flat rate with no additional customer fees. Pricing may change for future assignments, but accepted assignments will remain subject to the agreed rate.
CRPS does not guarantee successful service, location of a recipient, court acceptance, or any legal outcome. Service depends on recipient availability, address accuracy, access, deadlines, safety conditions, and other factors outside our control.
CRPS may use reasonable lawful methods associated with process service, including repeated attempts, address research, field observations, locate assistance, and service-related documentation. Database or third-party information is treated as a lead unless verified.
CRPS may use qualified process servers, contractors, or partner agents to complete assignments. Relevant case information may be shared with those individuals as necessary to perform the service.
By providing your phone number or email, you authorize CRPS to contact you regarding your inquiry or assignment by phone, text, voicemail, or email.
CRPS may retain service records, communications, documents, field notes, and payment records for business, compliance, and legal purposes. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
CRPS will not knowingly trespass, impersonate law enforcement, falsify service records, or perform unlawful activity. We may stop or decline an assignment if safety, legality, or professional standards require it.
